Overview

As the Customer Experience Representative you take pride in making every customer and team interaction a memorable one. You take customer service seriously, but have fun at work with the Vega team!  You value integrity, customer service; you take ownership and show initiative in everything you do.  You not only love our culture, but contribute to it. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer service through inbound and outbound call support
  • Order entry (submitted via phone, email, and fax or any other way our customers want)
  • Problem solving with shipment tracking, returns & credits, internal operating issues, and general retailer inquiries, as well as helping choose the right soup of the day
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Provide support to retailers and Account Managers with a focus on an exceptional customer experience
  • Liaise between Account Managers and other departments to facilitate the transfer of information
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure successful outcome of retailers needs
  • Reach a monthly upselling target
  • Provide product education  to retailers
  • Provide order, product education, and inspirational customer service support to end consumers

Skills and Qualifications

  • University or College Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in sales/customer service role
  • A passion to deliver world class customer service
  • Amazing organizational, data entry, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Fully bi-lingual applicants in French and English an asset
