Job description

CICS zOS System Analyst • Install CICS system software and related products on the environment. • Upgrade CICS system software and related products. • Description CICS Systems Programmer - install, maintain and support CICS systems and related CICS products on a MVS & z/OS environment. This position generally requires off-shift hours and overtime. This position requires on-call (pager) support of the customer, ability to work with operations support staff, customers and other support groups. Experience needed in a wide range of CICS related OEM products. Responsibilities include on-call (pager) operations support, problem resolution, customer assistance, security, system administration, CICS changes, general CICS subsystem tuning, documentation, etc. This role requires interaction with customers and support other groups. Requires interaction with application programmers. Provide corrective fixes to CICS system software and related products. • Interface with automations on CICS startup/shutdown. • Interface with Operations. • Create and maintain CICS address space configurations. • Provide technical recommendations related to CICS software and tools upon request. • Respond to performance issues of CICS subsystems as required. • Perform Table Definitions

Required At least 1 year experience in Perform CICS Subsystem Builds At least 1 year experience in Perform CICS Problem Determination At least 1 year experience in Perform CICS Upgrades & Migrations At least 1 year experience in Support CICS Tool Offerings From Vendors English: Fluent
