| The IBM Public Health Solution for Disease Surveillance and
Management, or Public Health SDSM, application has been designed by
health professionals to be an operational support system to help manage
day-to-day public health responsibilities and effectively detect and
manage health problems such as SARS, tuberculosis, influenza, and other
communicable diseases that may pose an outbreak threat. (Note that in
Canada, the official name of this solution is Panorama). Initially
designed and developed for implementation and use by provincial and
territorial jurisdictions across Canada, the IBM Public Health SDSM
application is available globally. It provides public health
professionals with integrated tools that assist in monitoring, managing,

Requirements: - Experience supporting custom applications - Leading remote teams - Strong Oral and Written communication skills Duties: - Own the Incident Management process - Responsible for meeting SLA targets and coordinate activities with support team to meet SLA targets. - Escalate problems related to incidents to IBM and clients senior management. - Monitor status of incidents. - Continuously monitor IM process and identify and perform corrective action if IM process is not followed. - Monitor and manage the progress on multiple service releases | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
