Commercial Business Services is seeking a Supervisor for a team of Commercial and Agricultural professionals in our Saskatoon region.
With the best interests of our members, clients, and communities we serve in mind, you will assist in the management of various Commercial Business Services loan portfolios in a profitable manner, as well develop business opportunities, and provide leadership in making lending decisions. Your ability to coach and motivate staff to ensure achievement of goals, cultivate a strong team environment and provide a positive image for our staff will be critical.
Ideally, you will have experience in leading and mentoring a team of commercial and/or agricultural lenders. This will be complemented by a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial and/or agricultural lending and a post-secondary education in business, economics or the equivalent in education and experience. Strong analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills is essential. You should embrace continuous learning and development within the commercial/agricultural lending industry.
