The role is within the International Merchant Offer Governance team, part of the
Global Network Marketing & Information (GNMI) Marketing and Business Insights Effectiveness team. You will join a team responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of merchant marketing and analytics in compliance with all regulatory requirements across 21 International markets.

As a Manager in the team you will support the Director of Governance and Optimisation on a number of key activities:

1. Managing the ongoing International Offer Governance Process in LACC (Latin America, Carbbean & Canada), evaluating future campaigns, offering proactive governance consultation and working with local marketing teams and the broader Global Merchant Services (GMS) organisation to ensure campaigns are fully compliant and can be seamlessly executed every time.
2. Supporting the development & evolution of effective marketing governance processes and principles, building on best practices from the International GNMI markets, U.S. Offer Governance & Global Network and International Card Services (GNICS) Marketing Excellence teams, to ensure fully compliant, flawless execution of merchant marketing across all 21 International markets, with a particular focus on LACC markets.
3. Supporting the ongoing development & implementation of training, tools & communications relating to the governance principles and processes across all GNMI International markets
4. Identifying and sharing best practices across all International GMS markets, U.S. Offer Governance & GNICS Marketing Excellence.

Qualifications

* Fluent in Spanish, both written & oral
* Experience working with marketing, client management & sales organizations
* High quality written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail
* Excellent relationship management skills. Focused on establishing and developing relationships with multiple teams to develop trusted partnerships - working with colleagues as well as external customers / partners to drive results in a heavily matrixed environment
* Analytical with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop compelling recommendations
* Track record of driving results
* Good project management skills with a focus on process excellence
* Strong commercial, customer driven mindset
* Strong knowledge of GMS international business and ability to draw on best practices from lead markets a significant advantage
* Marketing or governance experience an advantage
