As a Senior Project Manager at Klick you will combine your business accumen, organization and leadership and technical skills to focus on project strategy development, requirements gathering, estimation and execution of projects around information sharing and interactive marketing programs from creation to implementation ($50,000 – $2,000,000+).

Reporting to a Program Manager or Program Director depending on the team and the clients being supported, your success will be measured by your performance against a defined set of metrics including project revenue, effective use of internal systems, processes and resources, accuracy of estimates and superior client satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects (or sometimes just one big one) on budget, on time, and on schedule 
• Manage all aspects of project: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication
• Manage all project-related requests with the client
• Perform requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders and document the outcomes
• Generate ideas and solutions which address stakeholder requirements and leverage Klick’s core competencies
• Manage relationships with outsourcing partners/other vendors when project requirements fall outside what we offer or have the mandate to do
• Prepare and consistently update project documentation: WBS, Gantt Charts, specifications, status reports, change requests
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the project life cycle, providing coaching, motivation and inspiration
• Participate in internal post-project reviews, internal process initiatives and proactively improve PMO templates/processes
• Leverage project knowledge and client relationships to assist in revenue growth within the account

Required Skills/Experience

• An undergraduate degree and the successful completion of project management focused courses (PMP preferred)
• 7-10 years of practical experience as a project manager, ideally with additional work experience as a developer or in marketing
• Management of projects with an emphasis on, website development, online marketing tactics, loyalty programs, CRM and brand development
• Working knowledge of user experience initiatives and experience managing strategic design projects
• A track record of delivering dynamic projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships 
• Ability to faciliate prioritized, streamlined and customer sensitive change management process for high flux marketing projects
• Effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills to aid in the identification of root cause issues and develop creative solutions
