Our search related business is growing quickly and it’s time to add a new team member before those 3-4 new drugs our clients have been working on get launched and the team I’ve got goes from busy to buried. That’s where you come in.
I’m looking for an SEM Specialist at an intermediate to senior level for this high impact role, which is part of our Media Practice. Joining my team will feel right for you if you are passionate about driving results for clients. You will be responsible for keyword and copy development, as well as campaign management of paid search programs to help our Pharma clients reach patients and healthcare providers across the US. You’ll take a collaborative approach to optimizating and integrating your efforts with our Media Planning, Analytics and Web Development teams.
We need someone who brings 3-5 years of SEM campaign management experience to the table. You’ll understand that search is so much more than the obvious, extending beyond the desktop; beyond Google. The SEM Specialist knows Google and Bing inside out, and will be expected to apply their knowledge and experience to a variety of pay per click opportunities with vendors like YouTube and Facebook.
Key tasks you’ll spend most of your time on:
– Managing campaign spends to pace with target budgets
– Reviewing data to discover opportunities to optimize performance
– Keyword research and ad copy development
– Reporting on results and providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations
Key skills and tools you’ll bring with you:
– High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
– Familiar with Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter interfaces
– Familiar with Google AdWords Editor and Bing AdCenter Desktop software
– Excellent communication skills
– High level of comfort working with data
– Ability to learn quick and adjust easily to a demanding environment
When we meet, I want to hear about your experience managing SEM campaigns that drive results, and about your approach to analyzing and reporting on those results and using that info to continually improve what you do. I’d like to find about a time when you really stepped up as an SEM expert and blew the client’s mind – we work in a highly regulated industry, so if you can tie your experience back to something similar, I’d be very impressed.
