We are currently seeking a dynamic Implementation Consultant, Enterprise (Professional Services) to join our Professional Services team.

The Professional Services team designs, builds, and launches Employee Success™ programs that drive business success. They partner with our clients to develop and implement their programs to meet their organizational objectives. They depend on our strong project management, consulting, and technical skills to drive our success.  This team looks for Implementation professionals who can keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily. They are the connector team, working closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to coordinate new client implementations.  They are the client’s main point of contact from concept development through implementation and post-implementation support of their Employee Success™ program.  It’s because of this team that Achievers has an 80%+ user adoption rate in the first week, and a 90%+ client satisfaction rating with our clients.

The key to success in this role is the ability to rapidly execute on all aspects of implementation, manage multiple projects and people change effectively and work collaboratively with stakeholders from different functions to achieve project goals. The Implementation Manager should be open to learning, adaptable, driven, a clear communicator, and be excellent at building relationships with a broad range of people.

As an Implementation Consultant, Enterprise (Professional Services), you will

  • Translate client needs into technical/ functional requirements of the platform, from initial concept, to build and configuration.
  • Act as the project lead for multiple projects concurrently.
  • Support and lead clients through the change management process required for a successful implementation.
  • Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan (set up weekly meetings, and manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, propose solutions to ensure project delivery).
  • Conduct testing and resolve issues
  • Rapidly execute projects within 1-3 months from end to end
  • Build and execute on communications to support program implementation and user adoption
  • Work cross-functionally to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment with both internal Achievers resources and external client resources
  • Utilize tracking and reporting tools to ensure effective project documentation, knowledge transfer and business continuity
  • Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required
  • Provide input, direction and oversight on activities supporting departments such as IT/development, and QA as required

As an Implementation Consultant, Enterprise (Professional Services) you have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects (1-3 month cycles)
  • Experience with configuring and implementing software applications
  • Evidence managing and resolving risks and issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage organizational change and drive behaviours
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people
  • Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive
  • Evidence of effective multi-tasking, ability to manage complex and tight project schedules
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with HTML and CSS, hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, and prior work experience in the Human Capital Management space are all considered strong assets
