3M is seeking a Sales Representative for its Infection Prevention Solutions division team located in Toronto, Ontario. Ready to be part of what's next?
The successful candidate will focus on leading and developing infection prevention initiatives within their designated territory resulting in the achievement of growth expectations. The individual will be part of a cross functional team with the primary focus of growing the Infection Prevention Solutions portfolio in an ethical and professional manner. The individual will focus on implementing initiatives with their clients such as; infection control departments, environmental cleaning departments and materials management departments.
Basic Minimum Requirements:
· A University degree is required for this position
· Previous sales experience (specifically in the medical industry) is an asset
Other Qualifications:
· Candidates must have strong self-motivation and time management ability
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as there is a significant educational component to the role
· The individual requires a strong customer focus and consultative skills with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
· A valid driver's license is required
· Travel required which may require overnight stays
