cycle planning, registration and
support of

execution of programs, managed within all time and budget parameters
Creates compelling, well

researched and best

All

Inclusive
proposals
Work with vendors to arrange travel log
istics for all programs
Maintains strong relationships with our
vendor
s
, seeking and participating in
learning opportunities to continuously build expertise on all
-
inclusive packages,
destinations and site options
Effectively negotiates
vendor
contracts, e
nsuring best possible price and
concessions
Champion
s
the continuous improvement of existing process and tools, with an
eye to improve and update these for increased efficiencies
Drive
s the
timely and effective communication to all relevant parties of pro
gram
expectations, deliverables, and deadlines including follow up
SKILLS:
Highly organized
and
detail
-
oriented with a very strong focus on process
Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A minimum of
2
years of
hands
-
on
travel
experience
with
Sabre GDS
reservations within a
corporate group
travel agency environment
(specialized
knowledge of all
-
inclusive packages, destinations and site options)
Exceptional knowledge of the airline industry
and its processes
including: fa
re
rules, ticket exchanges/refunds and itinerary changes
Ability to consistently provide excellent work, in sometimes challenging
circumstances
Demonstrated ability to
create strong and lasting relationships with vendors
Solid t
eam player who works well w
ith minimal supervision
Exceptional client relationship building skills; ability to handle situations of conflict
or stress with tact and diplomacy
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening skills)
Strong understanding of the client expe
rience and program design
Strong negotiating skills
Strong proficiency and experience with MS Office (Excel,
PowerPoint
and Word)
