We’re searching for a talented
relationship builde
r who will be
responsible for
the
effective direction and delivery of all
aspect of client projects, including planning,
conference & production program management delivery through to onsite execution and
reconciliation. The Account Director
will also be
responsible for building client
relationships, recognizing and pursuing bus
iness generating opportunities with a focus
on delivering results.
Ideally, y
ou come with a minimum of at least 3 years of account management and
program management experience, within an agency environment supporting a variety of
corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide day
-
to
-
day leadership to the client and to our internal team, overseeing
all program elements
Understand and translate our clients’ business and expectations into best
-
in
-
class progr
ams
Ensure consistent and timely communication with clients and internal team
Develop strong client relationships (client direction and management)
Proposal development including production budget development
Program Execution ( direction, client liaison a
nd team lead
client administration
and account)
Oversee, lead and action the successful delivery of all production elements
Key member of the Onsite team
-
providing direction and client management
Post program follow up and reconciliation
Nurture the p
rofessional growth of team members by mentoring them
