We have an opportunity for

role of Production Manager
.
Reporting to the Vice

President, Wynford, t
he
Production Manager
will champion
the
sourcing and procurement
of
innovative

production
talent
for our
live events
. They will also be responsible
for
delivering
all
critical aspects of pro
duction administration
including
:
budgeting
,
scheduling
and vendor
relations
manage

ent.
Responsibilities
:
Manage the
sourcing and
matching’
process of
production talent to create a
superior quality product for
our
Li
ve
E
vents
Lead
all
production service
administration activities
for existing and new
clients/projects
, including creation and tracking of budgets/costings and
schedules
Champion the education and sharing of expertise on new Live Event
technologies, trends and processes with the Wynford team
Foster strong working relationships with
our Producers, Creative Directors,
Account Directors and Sales Directors
to support a best
-

Support sales relationships, participating in pitches as required
Actively support bringing the Wynford Creative
V
ision to life
Manage and support strong working relationships with our vendors and
freelance talent
Skills and Attributes:
Has experience working
in
the Live Events industry, ideally from an
Agency/Services provider
perspective
Exhibits a
core focus and fluency in ‘below the line’ marketing deliverables such
as
corporate meetings and events, reward
and r
ecognition programs, and digital
communications

is a
strong asset
