| Major Accountabilities • Lead development of strategic and tactical launch plans for Neuroendrocrine tumor Franchise (NET). • Hire, train and lead a newly formed product management team • Lead development and implementation of key and innovative programs that fully ex-ploit NET Franchise potential. • Monitor and control plan performances and adjust plans accordingly. • Work in close coordination with field leadership team to develop focused regional plans that capitalize on the local opportunity. Propose changes and improvements when necessary. • Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and align-ment of sales force and other stakeholders to achieve launch objectives. • Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to impact the performance and potential of the brand. • Liaise with medical, regulatory and global marketing to develop NET franchise lifecycle plan and medical strategy • Devise and recommend appropriate product strategies through the analysis of available data (sales reports, market data and marketing research reports). • Effectively lead the extended launch team to maximize alignment and drive launch success • Allocate and control product advertising and promotion budgets. | |
| Education : University degree (business and/or health sciences). Years of experience: 7-9 years Language: Bilingual Other: • Minimum of 7 years in Pharmaceutical Sales or Marketing including 3 years in brand management on multiple brands. • Experience in sales management is preferred or comparable people management experience • Neuroendocrine tumor’s marketing experience, a strong asset • Knowledge of therapeutic market is an asset • An experienced marketer, strategist and business builder. He/she has proven leadership experience related to successful product launches and growing significant brands • Enjoys complexity, ambiguity and first time problems • Has a broad perspective, sharp , specific, detailed • Act as a TEAM leader and ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, team spirit and self-motivation • Ability to generate new concepts and ideas which improve understanding of a situation and/or create competitive advantage • Delivers under tough, changing conditions, very persevering • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Strong planning/organizational skills • Superior oral and written communication skills Apply |
