We are currently looking for a Chemistry Analyst (12 months, evening shift).

The Chemistry Analyst (12 months, evening shift) is primarily responsible for the chemical analysis of finished products and certain materials to meet product release deadlines.

Summary of tasks:

Perform chemical analyses on the samples submitted, perform dosage with HPLC or GC, perform classical chemical testing (titration, potentiometric titration), products identifications by TLC or IR;
Comply with analytical deadlines and the priorities set out by the Chemistry Supervisor;
Perform analyses for certain special projects; Perform analysis for specials projects required by the Supervisor; Perform all analytical or other types of tasks required by by the Supervisor;
Carry out certain non-analytical tasks required for the proper operation of the laboratory;
Take part in basic troubleshooting of analytical or instrumental problems.
College Diploma or Bachelor in Science (Chemistry or Biochemistry)
French and English
One (1) year of laboratory experience ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
