This individual strives to deliver high value, innovative solutions for our customers through intelligent systems design, development and leadership of an insanely smart team of coders. It demands excellent organizational and coordination skills to ensure all teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, are moving in the right direction armed with the information they need to be successful. It requires long term vision, critical decision making, and an innovative spirit to ensure the right decisions are made for the solution.
This is a key leadership role within a dynamic, growing team of ‘awesome geeks’. You’ll not only be expected to fill project based roles as a Development Lead, but be the head ‘awesome geek’! You’ll help guide the trajectory of the business, provide advice on what technology to bet on and invest in, encourage creativity and innovation within the team by example, and coach and mentor our incredible talent to help them realize their own full potential.
Responsibilities:
• Innovative, scalable and maintainable systems design
• Technical guidance and direction to the development team
• Coordination of multiple teams spanning project disciplines: requirements, user interface design, quality assurance and development
• Execution and maintenance of SCRUM development lifecycle
• Accountability of development to the project schedule and budget; feedback to project stakeholders
• Code and design reviews
• Unit and end-user testing
Skills and Experience Required:
• 6+ years’ experience as .Net Developer
• Leadership experience managing medium to large size development teams
• Leadership experience on enterprise-level software/system development projects
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable systems
• Experience in coordinating multiple groups essential to project delivery
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and lifestyles
• Experience in c# language using .Net 4.0 framework or higher
• WPF / XAML experience with patterns such as MVVM
• Able to apply Object Oriented Design principals within .Net
• Able to apply common design patterns within .Net
• Nhibernate framework experience
• SQLite experience in a .Net environment
• SQL experience
• WCF experience
• SQL Server tuning and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in a continuous integration environment
• Exposure to open source .Net frameworks
• Experience working from use case requirements
Skills and Experience – Nice to Have:
• Experience designing and developing solutions for various implementations, including desktop, web, and mobile.
• Implemented complex Grid controls (Syncfusion preferred)
• Experience writing repeatable unit test with NUnit
• Use productivity tools such as Resharper
• Experience writing multi-tier enterprise applications

• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
