Description
This position strives to deliver high value software solutions for our customers that utilize cutting-edge Web technologies with a specific focus on customer development solutions.
The position requires the applicant to design, develop, and test software systems using the most current industry tools and processes. Projects may be individual efforts requiring the ability to function independently, or team efforts requiring close cooperation and negotiation skills with other team members.

Technical skills and experience that we need:
• ASP.NET (more specifically, MVC, Razor, LINQ)                 
• SQL Server (development and administration)
• Windows Server (i.e. system administration)                     
• VB.NET (knowing lambda expressions is an asset)           
• Windows WF (designing custom XAML solutions)            
• HTML                                                                     
• JavaScript (e.g. jQuery)                        
• CSS
• Mobile development is an asset   

Other things that we’ll be looking for:
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• An interest in working closely with great clients in a variety of capacities: assisting to gather requirements, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer/training.
• A positive ‘go do’ attitude and an entrepreneurial streak
