Responsibilities:


  • To be successful in this position, the incumbent will demonstrate their adherence to the Company’s quality philosophy while supporting the Champion 2020 Strategy by partnering with customers and other team members.   In addition, this position will be a mentoring position for the SMP processes to support a culture of sales.
  •     Utilize Successful Selling Skills (SSS) and Phone Selling Skills (PSS) to maximize market penetration.
  •     Participate in company, department and market driven incentives and promotions.
  •     Achieve sales goals and objectives consistent with the Customer Service One-year plan (OYP) and Vision 2020 strategy through successful implementation of SMP.
  •     In addition to having the ability to perform the ISS function, this position is responsible for generating incremental, profitable sales through clear execution of the SMP strategy.
  •     Responsible to mentor team members in sustaining and continuing knowledge of existing/new products and applications to promote to customers.
  •     E-Business; Coach teams to increase online customer base and drive online sales through SMP.
  •     In addition to performing the same principal accountabilities and responsibilities, as described in the ISS job description, this position is responsible for acting as a team mentor in the SMP processes.
  •     This individual must demonstrate strong teamwork skills, while exceeding individual PMP targets.
  •     Must have clearly demonstrated sustainable year on year sales growth.
  •     Clear understanding of HNA trade strategy and development of high potential accounts.
  •     Ability to communicate within all levels of a customer’s organization.
  •     This person must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly adapt to varied business needs, without sacrificing the personalized service of our customer.
Qualifications:

  •     Minimum 2 years in ISS role.
  •     Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
  •     Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience.
  •     Previous leadership experience preferred.
  •     Demonstrated sales and mentoring capabilities required.
  •     Demonstrated working knowledge of SSS, PSS, SMP and Hilti products and applications.
  •     Strong interpersonal and written communications skills required.
  •     Strong knowledge of computer information systems such as Hilti Online, SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and Exchange strongly preferred.
  •     Strategic planning and organizing skills required.
  •     Ability to handle multiple projects is required.
