We are looking for a financial professional that not only has a high technical competency, but also a passion to work and grow in a values based organization.  Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be a member of the executive team focused on providing the best financial and risk management practices while engaged  with the unique brand and values of Community First Credit Union.. With assets under administration in excess of 466 million CFCU continues to grow in the financial services market space.
The CFO (Chief Financial Officer) will establish and execute financial strategies to ensure the financial well-being of the organization. As a member of the senior executive team, the CFO provides leadership and oversight on financial control, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and forecasting to ensure the continued financial sustainability and success is achieved. The CFO is also responsible for ensuring that the financial objectives and activities of the Credit Union are pursued in a manner consistent with sound risk management practices. The CFO plays a critical role in driving the strategic planning and business development for the organization.
The CFO serves as the primary owner of relationships with key strategic partnerships and is expected to develop these relationships for the benefit of key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional. Qualified applicants require:
· CPA designation
· 10+ years of financial expertise in related industry and senior role
· Strong successful management experience
