JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager (Infrastructure Investments / Development) will be responsible for liaising between finance, legal and the developers to ensure that the transactions/projects are running smoothly at all times. This is a critical and visible role within the firm. It is also a permanant, full-time opportunity with potential for career growth. This is not an IT position - please do not apply if you have an IT background.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're willing to consider many types of backgrounds. But specifically, the successful professional will have between 5 and 12 years of total work experience either in a financial institution, finance capacity, technical engineering capacity and/or legal capacity. The Project Manager will have exceptional commercial and business acumen and will be able to understand innately and from experience how all of the project's pieces fit into the bigger picture. Exceptional time management and attention to detail are critical. An undergraduate degree from a recognized institution is required. We would consider those with legal or engineering degrees who have financial acumen. An MBA would be an asset, but is not an absolute requirement.
