Role Summary/Purpose	Quinn Pumps Canada Ltd. is a world leading manufacturer and Service Company exclusively dedicated to rod pumping systems. Rod and pumping system design programs allow Quinn Pumps the flexibility to design new, or improve upon existing, applications.
Essential Responsibilities	• Responsible for defined work on Supplier Qualification of moderate to complex manufacturing processes. • Follow an individual work plan that meets short and long term business objectives. • Resolve issues through immediate action and short term planning, but recognizing the consequences of failure long term. • Take a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements. • Drive Qualification of new suppliers and product and assist in the overall Supplier approval process, be willing to be involved in design and manufacturing technology. • Drive Continuous Improvements of supplier’s quality, using data gathered from the GE Systems.
Qualifications/Requirements	• Graduate (Or Equivalent) in Engineering or related discipline. • Experience in Sourcing & Manufacturing Procedures. • Strong Operations background. • Excellent Quality & Manufacturing Process Knowledge. • Effectively demonstrate and promotes a culture of excellence in all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment performance. • Lead Auditor • Availability to travel inside and out of Country if needed. • A Basic Six Sigma understanding. • Structured data driven mind-set. • Good communication skills. • Fluent English. • Computer literate.
