IBM Global Business Services is currently seeking SAP EH&S Consultant. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of application packaged solutions. Candidates will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environments in order to achieve client expected business results. Candidates may serve as team members or team leads and be able to work independently on client sites. We are looking for consultants that can build credibility and trust.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and supporting the approved SAP ECC 6.0 footprint for SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
• Analyzing, developing, testing and implementing SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS) functionality for enhancement and support pack updates in SAP ECC 6.0 versions;
• Creating and /or updating SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS) configuration and business process procedures documentation.
• Providing SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS) problem resolution assistance and support to various departments for SAP ECC 6.0 footprint;
• Providing implementation assistance approved SAP ECC 6.0 footprint, enhancement and support pack updates, Online Support System notes and transports in the area of SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS);
• Logging into the group's issue management system, all reported queries, problems and change requests related to SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS) including documenting resolution information;
• Preparing and presenting material for fit/gap presentation, knowledge transfer sessions, functionality sessions and analysis related to SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS);
• Developing and preparing knowledge transfer documentation relevant to SAP ECC 6.0 footprint for SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS) functionality and delivering knowledge transfer sessions to group employees and subject matter experts (SME).
• Developing detailed test plans and scripts for SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS) using ALR; and Working with other functional teams to ensure that continued effective integration of SAP, Controlling (CO), Sales and distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Material Management (MM), Human Resources (HR), and Business Intelligence (BI) is achieved.
• Knowledge of various sub-modules within EHS like IHC, Waste Management, Product Safety, xEM, Incident Management.
• Experience in handling issues with handling of interfaces with other systems, like MEDGATE, Everbridge, LEA or other Document Management Application.
• Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in Maintaining and supporting the approved SAP ECC 6.0 footprint for SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
  • English: Fluent
