Job description

The role is responsible for the overall IT solution by working with the client to validate requirements, working with the IT Architect, and results in a signed change order including an approved cost and pricing case, a project plan, budget, schedule and staffing plan. The successful candidate is required to manage and oversee the efforts of IBM, client employees as well as third-party vendors when required to ensure that an integrated solution is provided to meet client needs. Expert knowledge is required across PM methodologies including having PMP and ITIL certifications. You should have knowledge of emerging IT technologies and technical architectures that will create value for the client. The role has overall responsibility and accountability for solutioning, costing, scheduling and meeting all contractual deliverables. Working knowledge and experience using CRM processes and tools is required. The role also acts in a backup role to the lead Delivery Project Executive on the account, requiring knowledge of delivery processes and tools used in steady state support and IT security ECM processes. You will be working closely with the Project Executive and lead Delivery Project Executive to meet assigned financial and customer satisfaction objectives. Proven both written and oral as well as proposal skills a must. This role is based in Edmonton Alberta and will require client interfacing and frequent client contact. Relocation assistance is not available.

Required Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years experience in Project Management, IT Solutioning Certified in IBM DPE or Project Management Profession (PMP) English: Fluent
