Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) is an intuitive natural language business rules development environment that enables users to transform legislation and policy document into executable business rules. The OPA stack uses a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Word, Excel and .NET for the authoring environment, and primarily Java for the runtime. Business Rules are authored using the OPA software and executed as part of a batch process or WebService. OPA is integrated with Oracle and non-Oracle applications using out-of-the-box ‘Connectors’ (Siebel / SAP) or extensions/plugin’s (JAVA / .NET). The Oracle Policy Automation Consultant will design, build, integrate and implement OPA solutions. The following skills for this position are highly desirable: • Middleware / Orchestration Tools; a good understanding of Service Orientated Architecture, Service Bus and Business Process Modeling • Previous experience with Web Services and Web Development. • Previous experience with Oracle Siebel or Oracle eBusiness Suite connector(s) to Oracle Policy Automation. • Experence with JAVA and/or .NET. Job Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of related experience with Oracle Policy Automation or its precursor products. • Sound knowledge of complementary applications and technologies which sit alongside OPA. • Strong communication skills, presentation skills and analytical skills • Ability to travel. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
