This position will require extensive national and possibly international travel.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possess a solid business background, hands-on experience in consulting, and Oracle HCM implementation experience.
• Provide implementation and post implementation functional support for the Oracle HCM Suite.
• Analyze and resolve user problems, provide user instruction on Oracle functionality, requirements definition, gap analysis, business process design and system configuration.

Working in this core area of our business you will be instrumental in helping us to continue to be recognized as the premiere Oracle implementer in Canada.

Qualifications:

Critical Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS HCM experience
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 experience at a minimum; R12 experience strongly preferred..
• Expertise in EBS HCM Applications including HR, OAB, SSHR, and Payroll. Experience with iRecruitment, Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, UPK, and OBIEE is a plus
• Experience in creating documentation to support analysis and implementation for all aspects of the E-Business HCM Suite
• Lead in the planning and execution of testing cycles according to leading practices
• Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more Oracle 11i/R12 implementations
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules
• Project Management experience is a plus

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask within a fast paced and dynamic workplace.
• Exposure to and understanding of consulting services.
• Proven record in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work and thrive in a team environment and embrace IBM values.
• Experience in using data modeling tools or other flowcharting software.
• Experience with facilitating and mapping present and future business processes and user requirements.
• Ability to bring innovative solutions to client challenges, combining optimal processes and products.

Assets:

• Certification for the Oracle HCM
• Consulting experience with another professional services organization.
• Experience in managing projects and training initiatives.
• Ability to lead diverse teams representing business and technical areas.
• A plus would be a working knowledge of the French language
Required
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma
  • At least 3 years experience in Oracle EBS HCM
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Oracle EBS HCM
