RESPONSIBILITIES: • Possess a solid business background, hands-on experience in consulting, and Oracle Financials implementation experience. • Provide implementation and post implementation support for the Oracle MDM • Analyze and resolve user problems, provide user instruction on Oracle functionality, requirements definition, gap analysis, business process design and system configuration. Working in this core area of our business you will be instrumental in helping us to continue to be recognized as the premiere Oracle implementer in Canada. Qualifications: • Highly familiar with business intelligence tools (MDM, ETL, Cognos, etc.) • Highly familiar with business intelligence structures (relational and dimensional modeling) • Online business experience • Strong track record of turning business requirements into functional specifications, including data mappings and system investigation • Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate needs into tangible requirements. • Ability to bridge business needs with technical delivery • Solid knowledge in business intelligence, web analytics, report development and working knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling and data mining • Conceptual knowledge of data movement, storage and tools. Direct experience with ETL tools and/or functional knowledge of large-scale databases (ie Oracle, SQL Server, IBM DB2, Teradata) is an asset. • DBA experience is an asset • Additional experience in data analysis, reporting development and decision-making support are an asset Additional Skills: • Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask within a fast paced and dynamic workplace. • Exposure to and understanding of consulting services. • Proven record in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Able to work and thrive in a team environment and embrace IBM values. • Experience in using data modeling tools or other flowcharting software. • Experience with facilitating and mapping present and future business processes and user requirements. • Ability to bring innovative solutions to client challenges, combining optimal processes and products. • Ability to lead diverse teams representing business and technical areas.

Required Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years experience in business analyst role in BI/data warehouse environment. At least 3 years experience in business intelligence, web analytics, report development and working knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling and data mining English: Fluent
