Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

This team drives holistic solutions for large Media partners, and also includes a PBS team driving DoubleClick solutions. The focus is creating significant revenue growth through driving innovation with our Partners that can be extended throughout the Partner Business Solutions (PBS) and Large Customer Sales (LCS) organizations. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will help our Partners grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies. This particular role is particularly exciting in terms of incubating a newly created pod, and identifying and pursuing large growth opportunities. The manager will be the lead of advertising solutions, as well as drive implementation leveraging iLCS teams. Working with senior clients, as well as collaborating closely with PBS, you will help drive audience growth and develop innovative joint buy and sell-side models to help Media and eEntertainment partners grow.
Responsibilities

    Develop relationship with senior clients, develop innovative audience acquisition strategies, shift budgets to digital.
    Identify innovative models with the PBS teams, including leveraging programmatic buying and selling tools.
    Collaborate with other Google teams including YouTube and Enterprise to develop ‘One Google’ solutions for partners.
    Manage the vertical’s portfolio of campaigns to meet/exceed the overall targets.
    Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ROI.

Minimum qualifications

    BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
    3 years of work experience in media account management and/or the advertising industry.

Preferred qualifications

    Demonstrable media experience in business development, client relationships and consultative selling, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
    Proven experience in building and growing campaign initiatives for big clients.
    Media industry experience
    Knowledge of Google products such as AdWords and AdSense, and DoubleClick buy and sell side solutions.
    Knowledge of online ads, especially for search and display ads and campaign performance management.
