As part of the Product Management team, the Product Manager, Quality Solutions is in charge of theentire Intelex Quality Management product line (today this includes over 10 applications).

Responsibilities and Deliverables
Product Design
- Research, analyze and develop an ongoing strategy for product direction and design
- Formalize a product plan to deliver profitable solutions to market problems
- Serve as the main business stakeholder for the Product Owners to set product requirements anddesigns
- Assist in designing products up to and including design specifications
- Articulate and prioritize personas and their problems so that appropriate products can be built
- Monitor key dates and checkpoints in product delivery
- Understand problems within the Quality Management Market, and Intelex’s unique ability to addressthem
- Filter opportunities, and focus on the ones with the greatest potential for Intelex
- Research, analyze and develop an ongoing strategy for market segments, target markets &international markets
- Identify, track and communicate key compliance and industry best practice issues related to theproduct
- Define business case, product requirements and other business requirements related to addressingkey markets
- Conduct strategic assessment of effort and total opportunity to address potential markets
- Provide insight as to customer and market needs
- Conduct market/competitive analysis and work with product and marketing managers to form sharedviews of the marketplace
- Develop a strategy for winning against the competition
- Create go-to-market programs aligned with the buying process
- Assist in establish strategies and messaging to target markets
- Assist in establishing strategies and messaging to target analysts and research firms
- Attend and speak at Conferences and other industry events
- In partnership with the marketing department, create and deliver thoughtful information (webinars,blogs…) to influence customers, buyers, industry specialists and research analysts
- Work in partnership with the Learning & Development office as well as the Center of Excellence tocreate internal training programs
- Document key knowledge areas and keep internal staff and customers informed
- Contribute thought leadership to the Intelex-Exchange
- Ensure the organizations ability to sell and support the product
- Support the Sales Channels with market and product expertise
- Create collateral for buyer personas focused on the specific steps of the buying process
- Develop tools for sales people focused on the specific steps of the selling process
- Attend sales demonstrations when requested and assist in customer acquisition
- Attend customer engagement meetings and implementation workshops to assist customers asrequested
- Assist sales in product demonstrations and prospect visits where needed
- Assist service team in transferring knowledge to clients when needed
- Reports to the Vice President – Product Management EHSQ Solutions.
- Builds and maintains relationships with cross-functional teams within the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 7 years of experience in Quality Management and involved with enterprise softwarerequirements definition and implementation
- A proven track record of delivering aggressive business objectives in a fast-paced, changingenvironment
- Excellent judgement and problem solving skills; the ability to understand how technology can solve auser problem
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and listen and learn from stakeholders includingcustomers, vendors and other employees
- Familiarity with object oriented concepts in programming
- UI design experience, including task and workflow analysis and prototyping
- The ability to balance business needs and usability/design ideals within a fast-paced, agile softwaredevelopment environment
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field from a leadinguniversity with post graduate study in Quality Management
