Habanero Consulting Group is looking for an amazing project coordinator to add to our Calgary team

As a Habanero project coordinator you will work with our project managers and project teams to help coordinate project activities, time sheets, tasks, invoicing and much more.

You are comfortable and confident with working with project schedules and budgets.

So what exactly is expected of you in this role?

• You will help teams juggle competing priorities, and work closely with the resourcing team to identify conflicts and work through them
• You will be accountable for understanding Habanero project processes and systems
• You will be comfortable using your consulting skills to work through tough conversations
• You will use your amazing organizational skills to make sure no detail is left behind
• You will ensure invoices are created accurately and on time
