Client Happiness Builder – Task Team  (WHITBY, ON)

360Incentives is looking for a passionate, talented and proactive person who we can rely on to ensure that our clients continue to receive the “Unbelievable Experience”  that the customers have come to expect from us. This is a great opportunity for an individual that would like to grow with a fast growing technology company right here in the Durham Region!

Primary Duties:
On the Task Team, your primarily goal is ensure that our clients have a “Unbelievable Experience” by supporting the Client Happiness Managers, Professional Services Team and the overall operations of 360Incentives.
You will do this through:
  • Data entry, review and analysis
  • Support for Client Happiness Managers on high priority assignments
  • Research and document preparation
  • Updating unique and complex claims in our system
  • Providing phone and email support as required
Skills:
  • A high desire to exceed expectations and make the people around you look like a hero
  • Must eat Microsoft Office for breakfast daily - with Excel as the main course!
  • Highly proactive, solutions oriented and able to prioritize multiple requests.
  • Ninja quality organizational skills with main weapon being follow-through nun-chucks.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • Obsessive attention to detail (like if you were a “Beliber” and Beibs was the detail!)
  • Be a strong independent worker that understands the joys of working in a team.
Experience:
  • Customer Service and/or Office Admin experience a huge asset.
  • Pursuing or completed Post Secondary Education ideal.
  • Unicorn wrangling, Ewok wrestling or Narwhal whale riding pretty much mandatory
Compensation:
This is a full-time, salaried position, paid at a level compensate with the experience of the individual for our location.  Benefits include group health insurance plan as part of the compensation package. 360 Incentives is an equal opportunity employer.
