We’re looking for an experienced account manager to join our Calgary team.

The account manager role is about finding opportunities for our solutions in current and prospective client organizations.

So what exactly is expected of you in this role?
  • you are knowledgeable and can communicate about the work we do and know how we engage with clients
  • you can easily open conversations with current or prospective clients, and you understand who to go to within Habanero for more information
  • you have the trust of client stakeholders and are able to deliver revenues and customer satisfaction
  • you work collaboratively to sell, rather than as a lone wolf
Other nice-to-have skills:
  • knowledge of SharePoint and the Microsoft product stack 
  • familiar with enterprise content management platforms, collaboration platforms, and managed services sales
  • background in sales, marketing, and/or solution design
