- Responsible for increasing sales of Hilti products to accounts covered by our Energy & Industry Division (oil & gas, mining, power and civil trades) within a designated territory.
- This role encompasses several functions: technical system consultant, application specialist and account developer. This will be accomplished by developing and maintaining a list of target accounts and key contacts, based on a clear understanding of their business needs and the way that Hilti products will benefit their business lines.
- You will develop and maintain relationships with those accounts, and establish yourself as a valuable solutions consultant to handle their technical requests and provide value-added solutions.
- You will conduct effective on-site demonstrations and trainings, as well as product application and safety presentations, with the support of our product specialists, field engineers and other team members as required.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, in engineering or business field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, preferably of premium products.
- Industry experience and know-how is an asset.
- Strong desire to succeed and work independently within a team environment.
- Demonstrated sales growth history through effective time and territory management.
- Excellent communication skills / training competencies.
- Willing to relocate for career advancement opportunities.
