Web Developer – AngularJS

I’m looking for an experienced web application developer to join the team that builds and maintains our in-house intranet, Genome.
Hi, I’m D’Arcy, Chief Technical Strategist here at Klick. I’m looking for an experienced web application developer to join the team that builds and maintains our in-house intranet, Genome. This is not an intranet in the usual sense of the word; it’s a single unified application that runs every aspect of our business, and is constantly being updated with the latest cool and useful web technology. It’s a social media site, ERP, and data cube browser all in one, among many other things.

While there are some parts of the code base that are almost 10 years old, all new functionality (and believe me, there is a lot of it) is being built using RESTful web services and AngularJS, with .NET as the back end platform, and we are porting the older stuff over as quickly as possible. I need a developer that is really solid in AngularJS, but is also comfortable with C# and SQL. It’s a given that you know CSS/JavaScript inside and out.

When you join the Genome team, you will find yourself building intensive data-driven responsive sites for mobile one day, and the next day using web sockets to deliver a state-of-the-art real time social media experience. You’ll stay current with the latest advances in web development and bring fresh ideas to the table. We iterate really fast, and your code will get used by over 300 highly skilled co-workers almost as soon as you are done with it.

Klick is an amazing company to work for: it is growing rapidly so there is tons of opportunity for career advancement, it has been profitable every year since inception. We take our hiring very seriously (yes, there will be a test), but if you make it over that hurdle you get to work with a bunch of really talented (and nice) people.

So if you live and breathe AngularJS, I really want to hear from you. We are constantly pushing the limits and want to make sure we are writing the best, most maintainable code that we can.

I look forward to hearing from you!
