Description

As a Services Project Coordinator you will be primarily involved with the facilitation, execution and control of standard deployment projects.  This will include the opportunity to be point-of-contact for the customer in planning and delivering the standard Sandvine solution, while working to ensure a timely and quality implementation. You will work closely with a variety of teams to move the project forward and  manage the resources necessary by using tools to track, manage, assess, and communicate progress on all projects.

This role is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction during the relationship and success relies heavily on the ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations with all stakeholders involved.

The successful candidate needs to have a competent understanding of all aspects of planning and in delivering solutions including finance, support, system architecture and development, and current technologies.

This role has a direct impact on the success in the organization as well as direct revenue impact based on their successful completion of the deployment.


Responsibilities:
  • Create, monitor and report on new and in-flight standard projects
  • Plan, assess, and manage the implementation of new system installations and expansions
  • Ensure proper resources are in place to provide effective and quality installation and support
  • Work directly with customers regarding changes to the project scope, assessment of possible constraints and identification of new service opportunities
  • Coordinate the interaction with internal departments in the areas of procurement (Production), kick-off conference calls (Sales), resource assignment (Services) and hand-off calls (Support)
  • Facilitate necessary internal and external meetings and prepare necessary status reports to ensure project tasks are being completed in a timely fashion

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Project management experience is ideal
  • Networking and technical understanding is advantageous
  • Experience training and consulting in a services environment is preferred
  • Tool utilization is vital (ie. SAP, Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fabulous customer service acumen
  • Must demonstrate a willingness to learn, have a desire to improve on a daily basis
