A day in the life…
As the Visual Merchandising department manager, you’ll wear many
hats — you’ll be a mentor, your team’s biggest fan and responsible for
the styling and visual installations of our store. In this role, you’ll
set the example by…
- Being all about your team — from recruiting, hiring and training to developing and motivating them. You’ll lead by example how to set and exceed personal and company goals while emphasizing the importance of delivering amazing customer service to store employees and merchants every day.
- Using your merchandising and visual skills to create a solid business plan that enables your team to work together to meet department, store and individual visual merchandising / productivity goals.
- Using your passion for styling and knowledge of current trends to support store events, trim installations and corporate sign program.
- Support the success of your department by nailing department-specific and companywide visual guidelines while keeping productivity up and costs down.
