A day in the life…

 

As the Personal Stylist department manager, you’ll wear many stylish hats — you’ll be a mentor, your team’s biggest fan, as well as a driver of business. In this role, you’ll set the example by…

• Being all about your team — from recruiting, hiring and training, to developing and motivating them. You’ll lead by example how to set and exceed personal and company goals while emphasizing the importance of delivering amazing customer service every day.
• Using your deep fashion knowledge and business skills to create a solid business plan that enables your team to work together to meet department, store and individual productivity goals.
• Building long-lasting relationships and creating a loyal customer following by selling to customers through Personal Stylist appointments, in addition to your managerial duties.
• Supporting the success of your department by hosting events, organizing divisional product knowledge meetings to train salespeople on the latest trends and spending time teaching and training the art of selling.
• Staying up on the latest trends in all areas of fashion so you can create complete looks for your customers — from head to toe.
