| The IT Specialist will be responsible for the monitoring and
maintenance of the ATM fault management solution eiManager that enhances
the management of ATMs and service providers, resulting in increased
network efficiency and reduced costs. The system automates the complete
cycle of ATM problem tracking, dispatching, escalation and resolution.
It provides automated report generation and distribution. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Day-to-day server and eiManager application support and monitoring • Monitor, diagnose and correct application related issues. • New software release and update testing • Software installation and upgrades. • Maintain documentation for all major areas of responsibility, and creating scripts that can be used to solve the same problem in the future. • Involvement in other IT areas across the broader IT team, including projects and task forces Requirements: • Proven knowledge of eiManager monitoring system, Windows platforms, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access database • Good Working knowledge of the following : - ATM components and its operation - Diebold 911/912 message format - Network management - SQL programming language - SSL protocol and certificates • Ability to perform rotational on-call duties for a general after hours pager including weekends and night shifts • Familiarity with Change Management concepts is strongly desired. Required • Technical Diploma • At least 3 years experience in Systems Administration experience within any of the following operating support platforms: Windows Server 2003, Windows XP and Microsoft SQL Server • English: Fluent | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
