This regional management position requires a high-energy leader with a university degree, 5–8 years of business experience in the area of finance, and the desire to create a strong coaching environment.  Proven sales skills with a focus on being proactive in the area of business development within the commercial, agriculture, retail and wealth sectors is a requirement to be successful in this role.  Excellent communication and listening skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key assets for this position.
