Job Purpose:

The Ag/Commercial Credit Adjudication Manager provides leadership and direction for the Agricultural and Commercial loan adjudication and approval process including assessment of credit applications and recommending and approving exceptions where warranted. This role leads the development of agriculture and commercial credit procedures, using best practice. This position works collaboratively with senior retail managers to ensure that there is an appropriate balance in supporting the Credit Union's sales growth and managing risk. This position also leads, coaches and mentors a team of Agricultural and Commercial Credit Analysts ensuring that service standards are at the core of the lending/relationship activity.

Required Qualifications:

*  An Agriculture/Commercial Lender Program graduate or equivalency with University degree in commerce or a related field plus 10 years of agriculture and commercial credit experience (including larger scale and complex credits) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

*  Demonstrated knowledge of management, financial analysis, loan structures and the agricultural and commercial services industry.

*  Demonstrated knowledge of process creation and continuous improvement.

*  Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

*  Adept with the utilization of technology and software. (ECI, Excel, etc)
