| • Manage and direct a sales team to achieve sales and profit goals in the Canadian region.
• Provide added value through increased sales and margin growth for the company. • Design and recommend sales programs and set short and long term sales strategies. • Effectively track sales cycle and territory information (e.g. contacts, follow-ups, leads, tests, closes, etc.). • Proactively seek new business opportunities to ensure that daily/monthly sales targets are achieved to meet company expectations. • Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume and market share. • Recommend product and/or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. • Support export sales to both internal and external customers • Mentor and train members of the Sales Development team. • Work with customers and internal personnel to identify, develop and deliver value added, customer driven products, services and solutions. • Some travel is required. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. | |
| • 10+ years sales and/or field experience with a strong understanding of Progressive Cavity Pump Systems is required.
• 5-7 years of managerial experience is required. • Ability to skillfully articulate technical concepts and value propositions through sales presentations, one-on-one or in group settings. • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the country in which the position is located. | |
