| -Support the Commercial Operations Team for Oil & Gas PII Operations in the Region.
-Provide commercial leadership for Inquiry to Order (ITO) phase though “hand-over” to Order to Remittance (OTR) phase. -Provide necessary coordination between the ITO and OTR. -Work with regional sales and project managers to improve market & regional penetration by supporting regional sales force in creation of new opportunities and order closure. -Lead business screening reviews -Capture and implement Best Practices in Commercial Operations across all of PII’s seven sales regions. -Support regional bid strategies and strategic customer relationship development. -Provide orders forecasting data. -Respond to customer quotation requests, review customer order requirements & process customer orders. - Demonstrated negotiating skills. -Transactional work activities include commercial support, contract/risk analysis, profitability analysis, delivery confirmation, proposals preparation and coordination, scope verification, deal structure evaluation, risk assessment & deal closing. | |
