The Proprietary Card Services (Prop CS) Marketing Team is a dynamic, fast-paced environment and represents an exciting opportunity for career growth and development. Within Prop CS, the Consumer Acquisition Team is responsible for developing innovative channels to attract high spending Cardmembers. The successful candidate for the position of Marketing Analyst/Senior Marketing Analyst – Face to Face Acquisition will demonstrate the ability to optimize on the existing strategy and recommend efficiencies to drive strong results.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversee direct sales strategy in Airport and other venues
* Develop strategies to digitize the channel include applications, sales tools, lead generation and integrating ATL assets to drive overall acquisition growth
* Daily management of vendor relationships
* Analyze ongoing channel performance on regular basis, recommended strategies designed to increase scorecard metrics
* Proactive identification, evaluation and approach of channel optimization/new channel opportunities
* Collaborate with Internal Product Teams, Brand and Creative Agencies to develop marketing collateral
* Collaborate with internal departments (Risk, Finance, New Accounts, etc), International counterparts and external partners to monitor, review and evolve acquisition strategy/channels, capabilities, and targeting to improve the Cardmember experience, enhance downstream behaviours and drive financial results
* Budget management – ensuring initiatives are accurately accounted for
Qualifications
* University degree/MBA with focus on business
* 2+ years of experience in marketing with focus on Direct Sales and/or Financial Services
* Strong track record of driving results
* Excellent collaboration skills as well as the ability to build, foster and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
* Entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of innovation, with the ability to challenge the status quo to capitalize on new opportunities and improve business results.
* Understanding of acquisition channel optimization levers and ability to prioritize to deliver results
* Strong financial/business acumen including ability to drive development, review and evaluation of quantitative analysis and corresponding action plans for success
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to realize insights and create recommendations from the data available.
* Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
* The ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must within this role.
