Job description
As Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities of new growth initiatives coming from IBM's Predictive & Business Intelligence portfolio. You own messaging and positioning, and you will be the expert on our customers - how they buy and their buying criteria. You will also be responsible for conceiving and developing effective marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content creation – Develop sales assets (web content, datasheets, white
papers, videos, blogs, etc.) that effectively differentiate IBM's offering
• Sales enablement – Communicate the value proposition to sales and
business partners through sales tools and programs that continuously
educate and enable
• Product launch – Plan the launch of new releases and manage the cross-
functional implementation of the plan
• Market intelligence – Be the expert on our customers and the competition
• Demand generation – Develop the strategy and oversee the marketing
programs that drive demand

Additional Information:

• Written communication skills
• Public speaking experience
• Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
• Demonstrated leadership working in complex and dynamic matrix
structures
• Thorough knowledge of how to drive measurable awareness and demand generation techniques across marketing channels such as digital/social, press/analysts and events
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years experience in Software Product Marketing and Market Management
  • At least 3 years experience in Business Intelligence
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Master's Degree
