We are currently looking for a Automation Specialist:


Reporting to the Automation Manager, the Manufacturing Automation Specialist is responsible for implementing and deploying internal policies, procedures and standards, industry excellence practices and automated manufacturing systems validation practices for the Boucherville site.

Summary of task:
- Reporting to the Automation Manager, the Manufacturing Automation Specialist is responsible for implementing and deploying internal policies, procedures and standards, industry excellence practices and automated manufacturing systems validation practices for the Boucherville site.
- Deploy and apply the Mfg InControl program and ensure the validation of automated manufacturing systems remains compliant with regulatory and corporate standards (e.g. IT InControl, Corporate quality manual, Health Canada, FDA) for the duration of their useful life
- Support the engineering team with manufacturing automation
Help the project management team implement new equipment acquisition projects as well as improve existing equipment and processes related to automated systems.
- Bachelor’s degree with professional certification in automated engineering/production
- Any other combination of skills and experience considered equivalent.
