IBM Global Business Services is currently seeking SAP CRM Consultant. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of application packaged solutions. Candidates will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environments in order to achieve client expected business results. Candidates may serve as team members or team leads and be able to work independently on client sites. We are looking for consultants that can build credibility and trust. POSITION ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintaining and supporting the approved SAP CRM 7 IT solutions • Analyzing, developing, testing and implementing SAP CRM functionality for enhancement and support pack updates in SAP ECC 6.0 versions; • Creating and /or updating SAP CRM configuration and business process procedures documentation. • Providing SAP CRM problem resolution assistance and support to various departments for SAP ECC 6.0 footprint; • Providing implementation assistance approved SAP ECC 6.0 footprint, enhancement and support pack updates, Online Support System notes and transports in the area of SAP CRM; • Logging into the group's issue management system, all reported queries, problems and change requests related to SAP CRM including documenting resolution information; • Preparing and presenting material for fit/gap presentation, knowledge transfer sessions, functionality sessions and analysis related to SAP CRM; • Developing and preparing knowledge transfer documentation relevant to SAP ECC 6.0 footprint for SAP CRM functionality and delivering knowledge transfer sessions to group employees and subject matter experts (SME). • CRM skills in following areas are required – Order Management, ERMS and Category Modular, Case Management, CRM Web UI, CRM Middleware, Replication of Business Partners, Classification Schema, etc. • CRM ABAP debugging skill will be an added advantage. • Integration with various modules in ECC 6.0 as well as BI. • Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • University degree or equivalent in Commerce/Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science. • A minimum 5 years of IT experience • Experience in configuring, implementing and providing ongoing support of SAP CRM 7 or higher. • A minimum of two-year experience in configuring, implementing and maintaining the SAP CRM 7 and higher. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
