As a Learning Consultant, you will plan, develop and deliver change programs designed to help clients transition smoothly through reorganization, restructuring, and large scale technology implementations. Working in this core area of our business you will be instrumental in helping us to continue to be recognized as the premiere implementer in North America. This role may also require completing the following activities on a regular basis: Technical Skills (critical): • Min. three (3) years experience leading teams and delivering end-to-end learning services, incl. learning needs analysis, learning strategy, content development, technology evaluation/selection and training delivery • Demonstrated experience in developing documentations, product summaries, user procedures, flow-charts, self-study materials and training courseware. • Demonstrated experience in application training • Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations to clients • Skilled in motivation, facilitation and presentation techniques • Knowledge of creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques • Experience in project planning and management using structured methodologies Other Skills (important): • Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask within a fast paced and dynamic workplace • Exposure to and understanding of consulting services • Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Able to work and thrive in a team environment • Highly motivated, self-starter with combination of leadership and interpersonal skills.
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in E-learning development experience
  • At least 1 year experience in ERP
  • At least 2 years experience in Change management experience
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in E-learning development experience
  • At least 3 years experience in Change management experience
