IBM Canada is in need of an experienced Test SME for the Data Link Processing System (DLPS) and Lab environment. Typical Duties – Datalink Processing System-Specifically: • Support the development of detailed Test Plans • Assessment of test requirements for DLPS Software Releases based on analysis of Problem Reports and DLPS Enhancements. • Determination of Regression Testing requirements • Development, documentation and maintenance of Test Procedures and Scenarios including definition of pre-requisites/conditions, constraints, test data, dependencies, test tools required, test inputs, detailed test steps, and expected results. • Test environment and tools set-up and configuration • Maintaining Requirement and Problem Report traceability to Test Procedures and Scenarios. • Execution of approved Test Procedures and Scenarios, capturing required test objective evidence and analysing results. • Identification and documentation of Problem Reports • Capturing test statistics as input to Test Status reports • Documenting Test Results as input to deliverable Test Reports Experience & Education: • A minimum of five years practical experience with formal and informal testing of Tactical Datalink systems real time application software. • Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Software Engineering or equivalent

Required Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years experience in Strong Ada (Ada95 and Ada 2005) and C++ Testing skills on Windows XP and and Redhat Linux environments At least 5 years experience in formal and informal testing of Tactical Datalink systems real time application software At least 3 years experience in development and maintenance of complex test procedures and scenarios At least 3 years experience in software configuration management tools At least 3 years experience in Rational Suite Configuration Management (ClearCase) and Problem Management (ClearQuest) tools At least 3 years experience in Northrop Grumman MLST3 or Tiger TDL Test Tools Basic knowledge in Tactical Data Links systems testing processes and environments English: Fluent
