Job description

SSR's are responsible to cover a large geography with many different types of equipment including many non-IBM branded products. Responsible to maintain an inventory in a company supplied van and provide 7x24 on-call support on a rotation basis. Meet or exceed all customer SLA and SLO agreements.
Required
  • Technical Diploma
  • At least 6 months experience in Technical Support
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in Technical Support
