This position will provide GTS clients and sellers with technical product advice and sales support on SoftLayer during pre-sales discussions with clients. This individual will provide direct support for customer presentations, configuring and pricing solutions using the SoftLayer Information Management System (IMS), support RFP/RFI responses, and provide technical support for trade shows and conferences. Familiarity with the existing ITS and/or SO cloud business will help this role navigate the GTS organization. This individual will work closely with both the SoftLayer pre-sales team as well as the IBM Cloud Managed Service teams providing direct support to complex GTS opportunities wishing to include SoftLayer as part of a GTS solution. Required Bachelor's Degree At least 1 year experience in Pre-sales technical experience At least 5 years experience in Systems Administration experience in a mid to large IT environment English: Fluent
