| Job description |
|
The candidate will be dedicated to specific projects that
will require experience in analyzing, documenting and enhancing the
current methods used to create jobs in a Distributed environment with
interfaces to the mainframe platform etc.
The position
requires the expertise to adjust the current method of scripting to
update the batch job database utilizing SQL, TCL/TK, Shell scripting
etc. to create high quality scripts for job creation.
The
candidate will be sharing knowledge and providing guidance to the
existing team on the Operation Online environment and back end
components
The candidate will be thoroughly documenting all components of the batch environment for the projects assigned
The candidate will work with the existing staff to ensure that requests are handled and implemented efficiently and accurately.

Required
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma
- At least 3 years experience in Production Control Batch Job Scheduling and Tool Support
- English: Fluent
