Narrative Description
Maintain registration system for each course, provide confirmation to participants, arrange visa when required, liaise with hotels; Respond to general inquiries concerning course registration and information on content of courses; Liaise with Instructors and PMs concerning course material preparation, training room requirements, travel arrangements, course results etc; Prepare, assemble course material; Order any relevant publications; Set up training rooms according to course type and requirement of instructors; Be familiar with all training aids and assist with filming when required; Prepare Welcome packages for each participant; Issue course certificates and attendance letters; Provide assistance to Instructors and participants whenever required for the duration of the course; Plan and co-ordinate business and non-business activities during courses and monitor results; Administer finances for each course; Follow up on course fees payments & ageing reports. Qualifications and Skills
Pursuing a bachelor degree in a Business Administration or similar field in a local university; Previous administrative work experience; Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment; Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines; Highly computer literate: fully familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using the Internet; Strong sales and customer service orientation; Fluent English, Spanish & French (verbal & written), knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
